Important notice: HireAudit provides compliance intelligence and advisory services. It does not provide legal advice. The reports and findings generated by this service are informational in nature and do not constitute legal counsel, a legal opinion, or an attorney-client relationship. The service owner holds a Juris Doctor degree but is not currently a licensed practicing attorney. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed employment attorney.
By accessing or using HireAudit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
HireAudit is an AI-powered compliance intelligence platform that analyzes hiring documents — including job descriptions, interview guides, and AI vendor disclosures — against applicable federal and state compliance frameworks. The Service generates structured reports identifying potential areas of legal exposure and providing remediation guidance. The Service also offers consulting engagements for expert-assisted remediation.
The compliance reports, findings, and remediation guidance generated by HireAudit are informational and educational in nature. They represent the output of an AI analysis system informed by publicly available legal and regulatory frameworks. They do not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, or the establishment of an attorney-client relationship. HireAudit does not guarantee that following the remediation guidance provided will result in full legal compliance. Laws and regulations change, and the analysis reflects the state of applicable law as of the date of the report. You should consult a licensed employment attorney before making compliance decisions based on this report.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• You are authorized to upload the documents you submit, and doing so does not violate any confidentiality agreement, employment contract, or internal policy of your organization.
• The documents you upload do not contain personal data of job applicants or employees beyond what is necessary for the compliance analysis.
• You will use the compliance report and remediation guidance as one input among several in your compliance decision-making process, not as a sole determinant of legal compliance.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm HireAudit or its other customers.
Payment is required before the compliance analysis is performed. All fees are stated in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Refund policy: If your report is not delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with your report for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right, including issuing a refund at our discretion. We stand behind the quality of our analysis.
You retain full ownership of all documents you upload. HireAudit does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. The compliance report generated from your documents is your property upon delivery. HireAudit retains ownership of the analysis methodology, software, and platform.
Our data handling practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key commitments: your documents are automatically deleted 30 days after report delivery; your data is never used to train AI models; you may request immediate deletion at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireAudit's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. HireAudit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to regulatory fines, legal fees, or business losses arising from reliance on the compliance report. This limitation reflects the informational nature of the Service and the fact that compliance determinations require the judgment of a licensed attorney familiar with your specific circumstances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We will notify existing customers by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be directed to [email protected].
